I, liked so many others reporting on this page, had got into attending a no obligation presentation. Our appt was at 9:00 A. M could not leave there place till 1:00 P.M. The sell started at 5,995 and after turning it down the came down to 2,640. This happened Sunday Oct. 14th.
On Monday, we informed Ms. Parker we had taught about it and at this time did not want the product. Ms. Parker informed us she could not do anything at that office so my husband went in person to the office to have them credit our credit card and advising them consumer have at least 3 business days to cancel any purchase not wanted.
They refuse to help him there instead gave him a number to a vice-president who never return the call to make a long story short I am still in the battle of getting my money back they have denied me twice which I have no made several call reported them to BBB and a letter is being sent to the district attorney's office.
I will do all it takes for them to refund me because they never mentioned on the sell about their refund policy to us or was posted for the consumer to see and they by law or to make the consumer aware of the refund policy they claim. After resource and reading off the rest of the reports I feel so discouraged that this people get to rip people off.
