I cancelled a fully refundable Hotel reservation in mid July both online and with a phone call. I received an email from Expedia that I would be receiving my credit in at most a week. It has now been 1.5 months and no refund. I have placed 8 phone calls to the company each took at minimum 30 min. And one was over an hour. Each time I was told they were looking into it. With the last two phone calls I was told my refund was approved and would be credited within a couple of days and to expect a phone call back from the supervisor. Ten days have now gone by and still no refund or phone call. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Do NOT use Expedia!
