I purchase a ticket online with orbitz.com and when I paid they said I can get $10 free by a trial of connections. From there they send me to dealpass, send me an email aking me to send a copy of the email and the page (that had my info) I did that, and a few days later cancel mi connections membership.
I never received the $10 so I called and a very rude guy told me that there was a receipt missing so I just let that go.
Last month MWI Galleria USA charged my card 14.99. I didn't notice until now that I notice another charge this month.
What is the smartest thing to do? Go to my bank, try to deal with thiefs. I can't believe that these companies can rip off people and get our money!
