On 4/27/10 I was watching Hispanic TV. The broadcast conducted a contest, since I knew the answer I called inmediatly, apparently I was the winner. They described the vacation package and ask me for $234.99 for legal fees, which I paid from my credit card (which I have a receipt).
On 03/29 I call the company to active the package and make the reservation for my dream vacation to Orlando, but the phone was desconnected, and the website shut down. Later I googled for information and found out this was a fraud and that houndred of Latinos were victims of this scam around the country, even read articles from newspapers like Sun Sentinel, Miami New Times about this case, and the legal process that is going on again this company in Miami, Florida.
I intend to contact the Florida Attorney General's Office to report this fraud as well, and get back my money.
