Thrifty car rental
Sales fraud

I booked a car online for $24.99 and when picking up the car the agent told me of an upgrade for a few extra dollars more. I asked how much was the rental and he said $29.99 when I returned the car I was charged $24.99 and $29.99 BOTH! I called customer service and they did nothing to help. There is NO WAY I would have agreed to both charges. Do not rent from thrifty!
