I had a confirmed reservation for the night of February 8 with a confirmation number and Priority clum number. When I arrived, no rooms were available. The front desk was not helpful in finding me an alternate place to stay and all hotels in the vicinity were full. As a frequent traveler and Priority clum member I expect better service.
