I had been on Delta trip 786 from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta on Monday June 21st. We were in a holding design for approximately half an hour because of climate. The Chief held us apprised. The Chief informed us we were removed for landing and requested the flight attendants to get all glasses. All a quick the airplane shook and droped 50-100 feet. The airplane eventually settled down. As concern competed within our thoughts, I noticed a flight attendant work towards the back and guests sobbing.
Again about 1 second later the airplane shook and decreased. I'd allready built my drink on everybody. Nevertheless no PA statement in the Chief or even the flight attendants comforting people. I seen in the trunk there is a flight attendant laying on the ground plus one traveler appeared to be dazed. Not to mention myself in concern and other guests sobbing. We arrived 20 minutes later. Nevertheless no PA statement to make sure and luxury us. Lastly whenever we arrived we were recommended in the flight attendants this 1 of the flight attendants was hurt and also the paramedics were named. They request if we're able to stay in our chairs till they handed us. I'm appaled how a team managed themselves. I an likely to begin flying Airtran as numerous AAtlantans have. I'm likely to follow-through towards the finish. I've allready called the Monk "I" group and CBS 46. I'm likely to contact the AJC document the FAA and also the DOT. Plese do not patronize Delta. If anyone was on that trip please contact me.
