We sailed about the Carnival Feeling on January 1st. We're continuous cruisers and had prevented Circus because of poor evaluations, nevertheless we chose to provide them with a try. We were touring with this extended-family and selected Carnival simply because they stated they'd permit our son (5 weeks from age cutoff) to become together with his sibling within the 9-11 kids team. Once there, they declined and also the Children Representative was exceedingly rude. He was place in a sizable number of 2-8 year-olds with only 2 personnel viewing them. Obviously, he never delivered. Additionally, when entering Nassau, the vessel collided USING THE PIER. This triggered lots of harm to the pier and we were worried about the vessel. No ads or answers were created anytime from anyone in control. Lots of people were worried, but no data was future. Lastly, my camera was taken off the terrace somehow while I had been there. Customer support was "really sorry" but did nothing about this. There's hardly any child friendly actions until they're within the kids team. Actually most of the "family-friendly" occasions were something but. Although poor points sometimes happens on any sail, I actually donot believe that disrespect by team plus a total absence of any kind of helpfulness is anything any cruiser must have to cope with.individually, I'll go back to Royal Caribbean and not guide another Carnival cruise.
