Had a booking to HK. Flight carrier said the booking was cancelled. Cheap o air will not refund nor even book you on another flight from thier incompetency. Custumer service number will transfer you and will make you hold on the line until you die for the next available representative. BBB is truthfully needed to investigate and stop unfair booking bpractices from this travel site. Cheap o air does not care at all after you pay them.
