Poor Customer Service

Buddies originated from Italy to go to me, and so I arranged them the Waterfront structure... Thinking it is Harrah's new building, and it seems good... And That I arranged myself the Waterclub in Borgata.

We came on 8/25 Friday morning, subsequently by evening, individuals are currently referring to Atlantic Area being removed by 8/26 6am. And so I chose to mind house that same evening to defeat the traffic and since I reside near to the shoreline of Sandy Hook... Considering my home may be removed also! And so I want to get home asap.

I visited the Waterclub top table, told them concerning the scenario, the supervisor stated immediately, easily choose to abandon that same evening, he'll provide me a reimbursement... And which he did, without any issue.

Then I head-over to Harrahis to get my buddies... First, we were on-line to look at for 1-hour. They just had ONE assistant at the front end table! Therefore we shall not provide you with the reimbursement."

Harrah's actually doesn't worry about their clients, would like to earn money...

Along with that... I had been so angry while I had been looking at, and so I didn't appear carefully... I got house, looked over the bill... They billed me a deposit (equals to some 1 night stay quantity), as well as billed mean extra 1 evening... Therefore fundamentally they charged me dual

I'll never keep t / harrah's again!
