Worst experience ever!!!
Got to the room and door was busted! It wouldn't lock and the management asked me to leave our valuables there and told us they would have it foxed when we returned. We refused leave our things with out being able to lock them and they made us wait an hour for the door to be fixed, when it was still not fixed we demanded another room and was treated very rudely but did get moved to the room next door.
When over there, the refrigerator was broke so we had to keep what we had bought in a cooler filled with ice. When we attempted to call the front desk to notify them of this we discovered the phone was broken as well. Then the worst part ever, when I went in to the restroom to take a shower, I noticed tissue with a strange brown substance on it stuffed in the vent.
I went down stairs and made them come to the room to see and then told them we would be checking out at that time and they told us we would still be charged for the entire time of the reservation even if we did check out! My families vacation was ruined by this hotel!!! I will never stay at a Super 8 again! And will warn every one I know! BTW. I did call the corporate office and they did nothing either!!!
