BEST PRICE DISCOUNT provided at scheduling, eliminated 2 nights later???

My stepdaughter was registered to get a Europe vacation. She needed my child (her stepsister) who togo together with her about the visit. I looked over the buying price of $3146 and stated that it was very costly to deliver them equally, but I'd look at it. I acquired about the EF site 8/10 and looked over the visit. Their site confirmed the visit having a “best cost discount” of $570, and my child have been on the visit to DC this past year so that they provided a $50 repeat buyer discount. The created the sum total cost $2526. This appeared less expensive, and so I named them to make sure about the $50 repeat client discount and visited verify while these were about the telephone plus they verbally established that it had been reserved. Obviously girls were happy they might visit Europe together
Today I get a contact from EF stating that my payment per month had altered. I logged-on to appear and my cost choose to go from $458/month to $572/month. I investigated it further and also the $570 discount was eliminated plus they had me spending the entire $3146. I named them to solve it, they called back and stated that the discount proven before was a “computer glitch” and they wouldn't recognize the cost I'd established together, or provide me-any concession whatsoever due to their error. I attempted to talk to a supervisor, however they wouldn't allow me.
I find this very difficult to think that the honest organization might do that. If it had been certainly a “computer glitch” I'd have anticipated the revenue woman to inform me anything was incorrect after I established the visit while she was about the telephone. Today I’m ready where I've to seriously fail my women and stop the visit, or spend EF the additional $570. I'd not need closed my child up underneath the top dollar since it is really costly to deliver them equally. Since she was likely to proceed, it appears very unjust to stop it.
Has someone else observed the "best cost" discount on some of their excursions? I'd prefer to understand if this can be a normal exercise?
