April Scott, Gross invation of Privacy and Mistreatment of Guests

On April 12th at the Omni Hotel | Omni Hotels & Resorts on 700 San Jacinto in Downtown Austin I was unjustly harassed by the staff at the hotel.

Approximately 9:45am I went downstairs to the front desk to speak with the people working there regarding the wireless in my room not working.

Upon hearing which room I was staying in, she dismissed herself from the desk and disappeared into the back room.

When she returned, she said the technician would stop by my room.

I then mentioned to her that I had received a message from Hotwire regarding a refund that had been issued to my account.

The clerk, Cori, said everything was fine and Hotwire had taken care of everything.

I shrugged, asked where the gym was and continued onto my room.

Within 5 minutes of returning to my room, there was a knock at the door and a police officer, Officer Clinkscales, along with two members of the hotel staff, April Scott and Robert Gaines, were there to arrest me.
