Intown suites
I paid, I went to get something to eat, was called and told I couldn't rent and that $ was non refundable

I paid for a room at the Intown suites motel in Houston, Texas, located on Stuebner Airline. I paid around 12 pm, and was called around 12:30 and was told that I can't keep the room and that $ wasn't refundable. They have no professional line for complaints. It was a choice to leave or be removed by police.
