Hvm llc. Made Key to My Room for Stranger Who Stole $300 Worth of Merchandise, Bad Management, and Overcharged Double that of Other Longterm Guests — Almost $4,000!

1.) Service complaint
a. First night I arrived I was assigned a room that smelled terribly of fish. I went downstairs and told the customer service rep and she gave me bottle of spray and told me to go spray the room. I was surprised that the onus was put on me to clean their dirty room. After spraying and getting no results, she reluctantly gave me another room.
B. They had made a key for someone I did not give permission to give one to while I was not there and I had clothes stolen from my room adding up to $300. No apology!
