Entered a competition over the internet, got a phone call saying I had won and a travel agent from the USA informed me of the details which all sounded wonderful. He then requested my credit card details to pay for advertising fees as the trip is a promotion by the Hilton and Radisson Hotels. Conversation goes on for about twenty minutes. Didn't give any details and said I would ring him back, he then sounded very discouraged and we hung up. The upsetting part of the call is he had all my personal details e.G. Full name, address, email address, mobile phone number etc. Also the good name of the hotels is being abused. Beware...
