The Palace Station Hotel and it's surrogate hotels in Las Vegas offer very cheap rooms BUT they are not really cheap at all. They charge a resort fee that is outrageous and then charge sales tax on top of that too. So you better add the almost $18 to that great room rate you just thought was so cheap. It is not. And here is another one... If you receive a package from UPS or FedX, be prepared to pay $5 a package for each one for the right to receive it. This bankrupt hotel chain should close for good! Be mindful of their hidden charges. They are scoring money from the public in the form of a scam. The resort fees are for what most USA hotels never charge for...
