This site needs a better algorithm and better customer support. They try to get the cheap fares, even though they did not work in reality, to attract us. They issued me itinerary from US to IND, with a combination of multiple air lines. After getting the itinerary, I found from the airlines that they had only two available seats whereas this site has issued 4 seats for me. Then I called Customer rep, and he was very rude.instead of understanding my concern, he tried to cover his a*. He was asking me if I want to cancel my tickets. He said that I would get an email in 4 hours to confirm my tickets. But I knew that I was not going to get it right. I got an email after 3 hours, asking me contact Customer service. This time, I was answered in about 15 minutes, and I heard lot of noise in the background. The staff talking in "HINDI", which I could understand. They were all having fun not answering the calls, thereby giving an impression of they were very busy, by keeping customers on hold for several minutes. The rep was not in a mood to help me out. So I just disconnected my phone.
I have wasted about 6 hours for this stupid site.
