The manager athena robinson along with the maintnence manager her husband jeremy robinson need to be replaced plain and simple. Athena is very unproffesional in her work i doubt she even went to colledge or took any kind of classes on management. The rooms are in much need of deep cleaning and repairing everything needs to be updated but she ignores all complaints thrown at her. For example a guest complained of bed bugs and indeed there was when she seen them herself.instead of green taging the room she had the blankets changed and had the maintnence spray bug spray and continued that person to stay in the room. Athena has done illegal acts on payroll in the past not paying you for overtime and asking some employees to work off the clock. Employees that are her friends pay rate is more than wut thier title is worth gives them raises without working a full year she gives responsibilities to the housekeepers that the maintnence is responsible for like picking up garbage around the motel, washings the outside of the windows for up and downstairs and exsterminating the infest of ants on the side walks. The maintnence has poor work skills when it comes to anything being fixed jeremy spends half the day sitting in the lobby drinking coffee on the clock when the garbages are overflowing around the motel things are only fixed if guests complain. Something needs to be done i believe the company needs to be investagated and inspected for the health of the guests and employees in all areas i am in shock that such carelessness is happening in a business as this.
