On a trip to Branson, Mo. My wife and I took part in a travel service presentation. Newly retired we thought that we would have more time to travel and were looking for a way to save money on these travels.
During the presentation numerous promises were made including 1/2 price airfare to the Philippines and assurance that they could beat any price on the internet.
We tried to use the service one time. Planning a trip to California over memorial day last year we contacted CRI intervals. The first attempt was a bust since the representative sent us information for the wrong day even though I sent it in e-mail and was specific on the date. She then argued with me in a phone conversation that I had given her the wrong date. This, even though I was quoting the date directly from my saved copy of the e-mail. I beat the final airfare price on txxxxxy. We stayed in four star hotels at less than their quoted prices by using priceline.
In addition we later found out that they had no special prices on trips to the Philippines. This was a total waste of the $3000.00 we are still paying even though we know that we will never use the service.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
