We were given the free vacation to Las Vegas after touring a time share resort. We sent in our postal money order as stated along with our form.
We were told that the dates we selected were not available and was offered some other accomodations in the destinations they provided. We sent the letter back and accepted the selected alternative dates they chose.
Again we were told that our dates were not available and was offered other accomodations packages. We again sent the letter back accepting their chosen dates.
We were sent an itinerary of travel dates and was ask to submit $106.76 for taxes, in which we submitted.
Again we were told that our dates were not available and was offered other accomodations packages. This time I asked that they refund my 100.00 refund plus the $106.76 that was mailed for taxes.
If you want to use a promotional company, I think Spirit Incentive to my knowledge is the best!

Even though Mini Vacations is not responsible for another company's actions, they have been giving FULL refunds to anyone who has contacted them, and has even given more than they should have in the name of good customer service
