Timeshare Nightmare
Pretty much all of the additional trips, cruises added into the timeshare package you have to pay additional for and they have to be used by a certain time frame and you need to rerspond by a certain time frame or you get nothing.
Maintenance fees for the dirst year were to be billed in two seperate payments, I get billed for the full amount and was told late fees would be tacked on in 30 days no matter what the sales people told me. Forget booking and using the same year, it is just not possible even at the home resort. The interest rate went to a ridiculous amount, yet I was told that I could pay with out any additional interest being tacked on. I was screwed from beginning to end, but it is a lesson earned. My only way out is to sell it and I lose anything I put into thus fa
