After I arranged my sail, RCCL customer support division didn't inform me when the cruise you guide falls in cost $-you are able to contact before you travel and obtain the difference refunded. I came across this out after I sailed and returned home. I named them-and they stated yes its accurate, however now that you simply have sailed we can not return your cash. I expected them why don't you, they simply charged my charge card over $500 for my onboard expenditures? So that they had the info to credit my $600 but essentially explained to poor so unhappy. I actually requested to get a credit toward next sail-atleast they'renot dropping cash-really they'd be producing more money faster. However they would not move.
If you guide a sail, examine the price if it's fallen BEFORE you travel to obtain a reimbursement of the distinction in cost, if appropriate.
I really like RCCL-have cruised twice together-BUT using the economy the way in which it's today-that $600 might have got me on another sail a great deal faster.
