I have been instructed not to let out much information on this sites. The firm has a huge staff that posts under fake names all over the internet in order to "clean up" their image and advertise themselves. Evidence is below.
Gonzalez and Gonzalez is a firm that claims to be able to recover timeshare deposits done by innocent tourists in Mexico. These poor tourists do not know any better, and sign contracts they later regret signing. This is when Gonzalez and Gonzalez contacts people, charges them a hefty amount up front, and then a huge percentage of whatever they recover. *That is... If they even recover anything. Sometimes they claim they could not recover anything and keep the full amount.
THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND DIDNT EVEN TRY COLLECTING MY TIMESHARE. Apparently some people had good experiences getting their money back. However I have gotten emails from at least a dozen others that never got anything back. They paid Gonzalez and Gonzalez hefty deposits, and never saw one penny. This would be fine, except we found out from resort respresentatives that this firm didn't even try getting a refund! They already know in advance if you are going to get your money back, based on the day you try to cancel (within 5 day period), based on who you signed a contract with, etc... They will still accept payment for something they can not get! DO NOT GET SCAMMED ANY FURTHER.
THEY ARE ESPECIALLY QUICK AND GOOD AT BLOGGING. They have a full staff dedicated to posting false claims on several different blogs in order to drive traffic to their site. When they write complaints about time shares they make up posts using the name AMBER TAYLOR *which if you click on her name you will see she just copy pastes the same "claim" over and over and recommends contacting their nasty firm. Again, they have been posting online under several different names. Beware of them, they could be anyone on these blogs.
I know at least from reading other responses on these blogs that GONZALEZ AND GONZALEZ frequently impersonates other people, such as Amber Taylor, in order to drive traffic to their site. Do not take my word for it, take a look for yourself! See how many times they go on sites like el cid, velas, mayan, royal holiday, villa. These are some I have been able to find. I bet there are hundreds and hundreds more. Who knows how long these people have been doing this. All these links are poof of how they drive traffic to their site. There are several other names we have found under which they also operate. However, I will not post them here because we are still waiting on confirmation to find out whether they are real people, or anothe pseudonym for G&G:
Three of us now are contacting El Cid, Mayan Resorts, Royal Holiday, Velas, HSI, RCI, and many others that have gotten posts from Amber Taylor on their site or are mentioned on their website as scammers of people. Please email me or call me for more information.
I would have much rather kept my timeshare than lose even more money to GONZALEZ AND GONZALEZ.
