On May 3rd I obtained a telephone call from Oceana Hotels. I had been informed the discussion was documented. I had been provided a-3-evening, 2-night stay in the Hilton in Myrtle Beach for $99.00. About not receiving my refund, and I would like someone to call me back with the status. I obtained a phone nowadays, 6/5/09 from Heather with Reservations, who has told me that because on all paperwork, it says, “upon availability”, I would not be obtaining a return. I described I never received any paperwork. Louise established my handle and stated she did deliver it in my experience. Again, I mentioned used to do not obtain any paperwork. Louise said she actually delivered me a contact. I described I also never received a contact. Louise established my mail and explained I ought to examine my junk folder.
