Com misrepresented airplanes, terrible customer service, dishonest ripoff

Priceline has an option where a person can check a box stating they are willing to accept a "Non-Jet" airplane. I did not check that box. They accepted my bid for two airline tickets taking us out of town on a funeral.

The price was slightly less but not dramatically less than regular price. When I was given the specifics of the trip, I realized we had been booked on tiny airplanes where passengers have to walk onto the tarmac, climb up stairs that drop down from the plane, duck to get inside and the entire trip we bounced around making me very airsick. This was a trip of over 2,000 mile one way.

I get terrible motion sickness so I immediately called Priceline and explained the problem. I offered to accept a higher priced ticket, I offered to accept a credit for another trip, absolute rejection. I was treated terribly by customer service saying that is "their version" of a jet airplane so they would not help. My daughter is an attorney and she tried for hours to get help.

Again, rejection and terrible customer service. Tell everyone you know, Priceline completely misrepresents and has horrible customer service.By the way we got checked by the airline on every flight and when we asked why, we were told it often has to do with how you got your tickets.
