Hello my title is Lewis and that I like lots of people fell prey towards the TLC Advertising, Dockers, JC Pennys free air travel ticket fraud of 2007.
Currently I am speaking with a lawyer about processing a-class action suit with respect to these people who have been drawn in by this fraud.
What I have to understand is just how many people are available who have been offended by this promotional fraud? From what I Have read these people who have been offended fall under two distinct groups, these people who've never noticed from TLC Advertising, Dockers and-or JC Pennys after submitting our finished deals and people who did obtain their solution simply to have settled an excessive 90.00 charge. Could you or anybody lose some light about that charge and what adopts it?
Plus it appears there perhaps a minute fraud marketing work by TLC Advertising and T Mobile. I'd like to notice from anybody who experienced these were cheated by TLC Advertising and T Mobile.
