I arranged a visit to Sandals Montego Bay through my travel broker to consider my spouse absent on her 40th birthday. We were informed the resort was totally reserved combined with the 2 additional Shoes qualities in Montego Bay. At this time my spouse started to cry. We lost more than 2 1/2 hours to discover that Shoes had screwed-up and was prepared to do practically nothing about this.
I started going from food table to table to locate another resort who'd support us. An extremely good woman in the Half-Moon informed us these were reserved but she named and discovered us an area in the Flower Hall Resort & Country Club. This lady actually went us exterior and place us in a cab. Meanwhile the Shoes repetitions simply extended to check on coming guests in and not provided any help.
