In the October 12th edition of the St. Petersburg Times in the Business Section page 2 is a small article regarding the deceptive practices of Nick Congleton, one of the owners of United Vacation Network who has now changed their name to Travel Services USA.
Then today, October 18th the local small paper the Largo Leader has printed on page 2 a 6 or 7 paragraph story on Nick Congleton. This company should soon be shut down. All effected parties need to contact Bill Mc Collum, Florida State Attorney General and keep this ball rolling.
This company continues to rip off as many people on a weekly basis that they can and until we join forces they will continue to stuff their pockets to pay for the 2 Hummers that the owners drive and the over $500,000 homes they both recently purchased (check Florida Property tax records) that is just the taxed amount not the purchase or resale price.
I hope they can continue to make their mortgage payments after the company is shut down not only hurting all the members left out in the cold but all the employees who are working paycheck to paycheck and living in rental apartments and driving beat up cars while the owners live high on the hog. Check out Florida Attoney General's website under news dated October 11th regarding this case.
