All I know is that I purchased 3 differnet vacation weekend packages. First was used by my daughter. She wasn't given all of the correct information so upon her arrival, they were shocked she was there - but it was her fault, not theres.

We did our weekend and from the point of trying to book the dates through our time down there, we had nothing but hassles. Bought this package -oh, we don't really let you do that fun thing. No - we can't let you know that you have an available spot, sorry that you have to schedule vacation time in advance. No - we won't do that for you (even though that's what they had done on my daughter's trip). Each person I called about each separate issue had a different answer for me - it got so bad that I thought I had entered the deception zone and I couldn't get out. Smart Circle had nothing to do w / anything (oh -they did take our money though! Hilton Head Guest Servcies, well they only hosted your trip (oops - my call recently just noted that the facility I inquired about had been their's hmmm then why couldn't I get a supervisor to deal w / my issues way back when?) Granton Marketing - try to find a phon enumber on them - they seem to be connected as a parent company - oh -they are at fault, and yes, you can get your money back on your third package if you aren't totally satisfied.

Good luck trying to get that money back - no one tells the truth. Makes it easy - no accountability, no responsibility. It makes me sick to think people enjoy working like this and for companies that try to make their fortunes on lies and deceptions.

I hope no one buys one of those weekend packages from any of the associated companies. I hope people do their research before they'd agree to work for such a company.
