My husband and I went to a presentation that offered a free vacation. We were taken into an office away from everybody else after the presentation and given this spill on how wonderful this club would be. It seemed like the rates were very good and we were told that if we left we could not call back and get the same "unbelievable" prices. So we signed up and we took the paperwork home.
After I researched the company that night, I called immediately Monday morning and could not get anyone on the phone. Tuesday same thing, Wednesday a lady answered told me to contact Lindsey and I called her after 5 as I was told there was not a response I left a message she never called back. I called the lady who told me about the vacations and she gave me a number which was back to corporate office and she told me to fax a cancellation notice.
I called every day for two weeks now and no one returns my calls to verify if it will be cancelled no one will answer any questions that I have. I did have the sales guy postpone the first payment until the end of the month so I called the credit card company she advised me that she could not stop a payment but she could change my card number and I did that.
I am still trying to call them but some guy named Jeff who I should talk to will not call me back or answer. The secretary answers every time and she never gets back with me on anything. This company focuses on selling misleading products and inforcing unconstitutional contracts. Every contract has a cancellation period and I was well within that time. This company will screw you beware.
