Received an email with confirmation # for a certifcate for two for a complimentary cruise. When I called the number listed on email and asked what the catch (multiple times) or price was, I was at first told there was none. I asked so I get the cruise for two for nothing. He said yes except $59 or so dollars each, then went into a 30min spill about all of this additional stuff that could be added. When I declined the $3500.00 offer of additional trips for $498.00, when I declined I was called garbage by the employee and hung up on.
I called the coporate office of Imperial and was told that another supervisor would call me back in an hour or two. That was over 36hrs hour ago and of course I have heard from no one. To tell you the truth I did not think I would. But one thing is clear I will not let this drop.
This should not happen to anyone. Don't fall for this scam, if you get the email block the company or just delete it.
