Ripoff What customer service? Doesn't return phone calls

This is the marketing company for the Royal Sunset Resort in Cancun, Mexico. We are trying
to talk to someone about renting our two weeks
at the Royal Sunset Resort.

No one returns our calls. We paid a fee for this service and it is nothing but a big ripoff. Has anyone else had a problem with this company?
