Bought 3 trips to Cancun - cannot contact company to book trips ripoff

Bought 3 trips to cancun for myself and daughters. Cannot get in touch with Bearcountry Vacations. E-mails are returned as not delivered.

I paid deposit in 2004 and was given 5 years to use our vacations. Now I cannot locate Bearcountry Vacations to book our trips. I was really surprised to see "rip-off" come up when I searched the company.

Please let me know if I am out all the money I paid so far.
