Secretary of State Matt Blunt issued a cease and desist order

In short i was looking for employment and found their ad in the Tico times in Costa Rica, i was hired and i started working for them i noticed that they were giving out vacation packages for life however there was no calls from any of their costumers.

What got me thinking was there was not 1 costumer calling for any service also they were using credit cards but not any more hmm wonder why, they changed over to pay by check over the phone, also i wasn't getting paid, they were scamming their workers as well.

I have notified the local police and the employment sector and also i called the FBI as well. I further learned that Harry Labate has a Cease and Desist Order Against order against him in the state of Missouri. Web link is http://www.sos. Mo. Gov/news.Asp? Since my research i have found that Truman Travel is on the run moving their office every 4 to 6 months last i heard of them they were in San Pedro, Costa Rica
Blunt Issues Cease and Desist Order Against Firm Offering Investment in Mad Cow Disease Home Test Kits
Also Pushed Here, Moviemaking for "It's A Wonderful Day"
JEFFERSON CITY - Secretary of State Matt Blunt issued a cease and desist order today against a Florida company that was trying to sell investments in Missouri in a home test kit for Mad Cow Disease, a moviemaking company, and other unregistered investments.

Blunt's order named Eagle Venture Capital, Inc., located in Pompano Beach, Florida and five of its agents for offering and selling unregistered securities to at least one Missouri investor without state registration.

Repeated attempts by the Securities Division of Blunt's office to contact the representatives of Eagle Venture have been unsuccessful. Blunt said Missouri investors should always use caution and skepticism when they are solicited with investment opportunities, particularly when those opportunities seem unusual and non-traditional like the home Mad Cow Disease test kit.

"I suspect that the Mad Cow Disease home test kit does not work. Regardless, I would not recommend relying on the results, " Blunt said. "This case clearly shows that con artists from other states may be seeking to take advantage of the prolonged economic crisis our state is suffering through by offering larger than life investment opportunities to Missouri investors.

"I strongly encourage all investors to contact the Investor Hotline in my office at 800-721-7996 to get the facts on the investment opportunity and the representative making the offer before money changes hands.By doing so, investors will not only protect themselves but others from unscrupulous businesses and individuals.By working together we can make our state an inhospitable environment for securities fraud."

Sometime prior to October 25, Steven E. Bryant made an unsolicited telephone call to a Missouri resident on behalf of Eagle Ventures with an investment opportunity in a limited liability corporation called "It's A Wonderful Day, LLC". Bryant told the Missouri resident that their investment would be used in connection with the production of a movie titled "It's A Wonderful Day".

Bryant said that production of the film would cost $4 million and that the movie would be "a sure winner", and that returns on the Missouri resident's investment could be as high as 800%. Based on Bryant's recommendation the Missouri resident invested $20,000 in "It's A Wonderful Day, LLC". Sometime in September the Missouri resident received a letter from Eagle Venture saying that the company had failed to raise the required capital for the "It's A Wonderful Day" film and that their investment would be placed in another production titled "Slammed".

Between September 6 and December 11, Brandon Bryant, Larry Leidheiser and Harry Labate telephoned another Missouri resident four different times regarding an investment in a private stock offering by Efoora, Inc. The Missouri resident was advised that: the individuals were agents of Eagle Ventures and that Eagle was a registered broker; Eagle was handling a private offering by Efoora, Inc., a biomedical company, "primarily engaged in the design, development and manufacture of rapid diagnostic tests and medical devices"; and they were raising private capital to further a plan to market a glucose test kit, a home HIV test kit, and a home Mad Cow Disease test kit.

I only hope that i can help afew people from being ripped off...
