Martin rented us a furnished apartment in Paris for a week that was unclean, noisy, and smoky. The unit only had single pane windows so the street noises were as though the people and machines were in the same room. There was an air vent from the restaurant below that brought smoke into our unit so badly that it felt like we were in the restaurant itself. We had so keep the windows open in the winter and waste a lot of heat, just to be able to breathe.
Martin refused to give any refunds or make any accommodation for the smoke and dirt. I would recommend that you NOT rent any units from this agency.
