Ripoff, refuses refund of $500.00 deposit I paid

After qualifying as Level 1 Director in the beginning of 2006 I was not sent "release form" as Mr. Ledgerwood stated he would send in postal mail for me to retail vacation pkgs.

After numerous requests to Ledgerwood for this release form I decided since he would not cooperate any longer that I wanted my deposit of $500.00 returned as I completed all requirements expected on my part with his program and he refuses any money to be returned to me.
I am willing to post an update of satisfaction if and when this dispute be resolved by Bruce Ledgerwood.
