Purchased this phone scam for 698.00 and was wondering if an one has any ideas? Talked to a manager and said I was not getting my money back. It is to bad i am so far away, I would pay my friend a visit. I can not believe the florida government would allow this for being a tourist state. I purchased this scam in july
