Un-healthy accomodations ripoff

Room we checked into did not have a working television nor towels in the bathroom. We complained twice to the front desk without anything being done. The 2nd day there, we saw the wallpaper in the bathroom start to peel and saw mold growing behind it. We complained and asked for a new room and they told us the were full. We checked out because of the mold and were forced to find a different hotel at higher rates and further from our preferred location. The front desk even had the audacity to inform us that we would not get a refund for the rest of the cancelled days. We shall see.
