Back on 25 July I contacted Cheap flight deals to purchase a ticket. They claimed that the web was down and deposit should be made to a private bank account. I never received tickets nor reply to emails.
Reported to Action froud squad in UK with National Crime Reference No. NFRC130800327094 on August. I have not received any feed back
