I just started my service in the middle of the of January (less than 3 weeks ago) and I was told that I was going to have the 3d service, but did not get the 3d channel. I have been trying to change my plan from the $89.00 package to what was then the $69.00 from the beginning, because I do not want the phone. Everytime I'd call they would give a different story. I wanted to add the 3d channel & HBO, but I wanted to drop the phone, but got a different story everytime.
