Constantly receving incorrect billing since the opening of account

Since day one we have been over charged for the plan we were offered in the small business section. We have been disconnected in error and they charge us a reconnection fee. The reason they claimed we need to be charged is do to that we have not paid the full balance on the account that they are billing. Everytime i have paid i was given the amount due to that they need to do adjustments on my business account i just dont make up the amount i'm paying. At&t is taking advantage of small business in this area since they are the only telephone company servicing the doral area. I would like to have another company come in an do business in this area in order for small business like mine to be able to receive a good service and be able to have different options not to have to stick to just one company.
