Joe Hicks called me regularly. Until I paid the charge. He explained to send in a form to ensure that he might confirm that my bank works together. I had been informed to not contact my bank which the procedure might take 30-90 days. I had been just 4 weeks behind and understood when I served quickly that my bank could be more prepared to use us. Months passed with no one actually named. I eventually named and remaining messages till Chery called me. I expected to get a standing and he or she explained that she would contact my bank after which contact me back. I had been floored - I settled the charge on 10/10/08 also it was 12/19/08 plus they were simply calling my bank for that very first time! Cheryl then called back and stated that my bank isn't prepared to use them - and he or she would simply abandon it at that! I went berserk and was ultimately place in contact having a boss, Eddie Gomez who reassured me they have been in touch with my bank which he'd return to me. I never heard from him again. I eventually got touching Cheryl and he or she stated that my document was handed back again to Joe Hicks and he was designed to contact me to inform me that my bank is declining to work well with them. I went berserk again and was place in contact having a supervisor - Tony Escalona, who again reassured me that he'd contact the lending company of course if he did not get everywhere he'd visit their legitimate group and also have them contact lenders attorneys-da that is the things they are designed to do! Today actually Tony isn't returning my calls.
We're currently 10 weeks behind and that I have no idea how to proceed. They'd an attractive site at first with BBB certifications. Today the web site continues to be removed and there's a note that they're not taking any new customers. Additionally, they keep altering the telephone#.
