Well I would like to come right to the purpose... Last month (12-november-08) I energized my cell for 150 rs (full talktime) &on 12-dec-08 despite not utilizing all of the currecy vodafone required back the cash that we had'nt used. I called-up the client support & enquired & the clear answer I acquired was the talk-time was legitimate for only one month... After which it even when i dint use-they might get back the cash. Well my point-of validation is the fact that when the organization had educated me this is the way the present works-then i would'nt have energized for 150 (i understood about that just after I dropped my cash) the organization is looting clients by withholding information. When i talked to 1 of the team-leaders within the customer support division after I requested the client support person to advance the phone call... The solution I acquired was "it's a marketing stratergy they use by not allowing clients realize that there's a credibility for 150Rs recharge (of 1 month)... Really horrible... The individual also stated that I have to contact customer support before charging everytime... Impractical. I might enjoy if vodafone prevents performing such issues... Because they have to understand you will find individuals within this nation who benefit their hard earned cash, & who understand what related to their money. No one is determining just how much a personis talktime credibility is after he's compensated the money. Please prevent such Inexpensive Tips!!!
