Dropped calls problem

I've been having difficulty with fallen phone continuously with Run so when i record them for their tech-support they usually state my telephone wants an update. I stated my telephone requirements updated twice in one single week? They do not appear to have a solution. They inform me to consider the battery out count to five place the battery back in. It still falls calls. They inform me to change it to running... I stated " I am not spending roaming costs" they claim no-you have free-roaming. Yes i guess I actually do... Another method for them to rob me. Anyway, when I've advised them and informed them, I'm falling about 80% of the calls i create. That is absurd! And so I contact tech-support after another fallen phone Aug. 1 at 10:30PM I'm on-hold for more than 20 minutes.

I tell the technology about all my fallen calls which my support is horrible I am tired of it i need my support ended. She set me on-hold and she possibly hung-up on me or again run falls another phone her title was Sanya, therefore, i contact again today I am speaking with Shaun he is hearing my criticism next point i understand stop. Another fallen phone? Therefore, i contact again-this period i keep in touch with somebody in sales whois title used to do not get. Shock that phone drops too... I contact again-this period i keep in touch with Nathan he also really pleasant informs me I have to talk to sales he moves me to a different point... I wait another 25 minutes. Then Katy occurs the point she's excellent although not just like a liar whilst the others. She informs me that sales is shut I have to call-back tomorrow. I mentioned truly what period is sales in she stumbles a little after which claims from 7am to 10:30 PM and so I stated oh after I spoke towards the man in sales at 11pm he was simply working overtime... Um umm ummmm... Yes maybe he was working overtime... I mentioned I believe you folks simply do not wish to cope with me. She says I would like to discover if anybody is in sales... About the phone comes Bryan... From sales... Hmmm I suppose he is pullin' a huh? I tell him my predicament he informs me he'll end my support. I mentioned I'm not spending the $300.00 early termination charge possibly when I offered them every chance to repair my support i spend my statement promptly each month which is how they handle me? Then i delivered an email simply to make certain they learn about the firing and me not spending the termination charge. Attached may be the email i delivered them-and their answer me after which my response again which I'venot gotten an answer however.
