I've been charged for chat-room communications that we didn't start. I talked with Client Solution Expert Dematra on 07/14 at 12:30 pm EDT and he or she explained that several of those communications were sent from my telephone. Used to do not send any messages to any chat-room. All of the messages were incoming and that I never replied to these communications. Lastly I acquired so bogged down from these communications that I required Run to stop texting support. There's no method to prevent these messages and today I'll wind up spending money on these unwanted communications. I'm completely dissatisfied with Run after being their client for 7 years.
