Complete lack of customer service!

First, I would like to suggest that I foolishly included my Time-Warner and Run expenses (billing is through Time-Warner) in November so as 'to produce a more effective program of cost'.

On May 21, Time-Warner of Austin, Texas created an unauthorized withdrawal of around $340.00 from my bank account. I would like to observe that at no time did I approve them to get rid of resources from my consideration except through my one time-only agreement to get a particular statement.

Additionally they didn't deliver expenses for 2 straight weeks, and so I had no concept of my stability or what costs were being created. As well as for roughly 8 weeks, they've refused me use of my own payment site.

Two somewhat rude telephone calls to customer support netted me, through my prodding and disappointment, this mistake would be fixed, that it'd occurred to others; and also the cash could be delivered to my bill. I also might obtain copies of the lost expenses.

The next week, the cash hadn't been delivered to my consideration and that I hadn't acquired the expenses.

I started a procession of e-mail which netted me guarantees the cash could be delivered which I'd get copies of the expenses. None of the happened.

I eventually approached the Greater Business Institution on June 13 and obtained a response on June 14, stating That Point Warner have been approached regarding my criticism and they had until June 29 to reaction. It's today July 28, and that I haven't observed resources delivered to my bank account, have obtained a duplicate of just one of the expenses but still can't access my own payment site.

Oh, I did get a new payment to get a significantly smaller quantity. However it may be the present statement.

To increase my disappointment, since I have included the billings, I've been overcharged, billed for Run providers I never obtained, as well as their billings don't itemize the costs.

This total absence of 'customer support' and constant insufficient reaction is annoying and makes SBC appear truly welcoming about today. The amount of disappointment over being kept hostage by Timewarner... Well, I can't explain it.
