Defective equipment, rude customer service

I've a Sprint PCS telephone that I've had for under twelve months. The telephone stopped performing. The charger interface won't contain the charger in position and also the telephone won't remain billed for a lot more than three to 5 minutes. I approached Run and was informed they couldn't substitute my telephone. I had been informed that I'd need to spend to truly have the telephone changed which I'd need to substitute it via a producer. I had been informed that I'd need to purchase the delivery of my telephone which I'd not obtain a substitute telephone as the telephone has been maintained. I had been informed from the producer that I'd be with no telephone to get a the least fourteen days. I had been informed that my strategy was $59.99 and my monthly expenses average roughly $245.00 regular!
