Booked a hunt for myself and my brother in law for the guaranteed overnight hunt. Sent in the first $450 for a deposit and on the day of the hunt (2/23) brought the other $450 in cash for a total payment of $900.
First night of the hunt, it was very windy with no hogs in sight. Stayed for a second night and again no hogs in sight. Greg the owner had told me that he would have canceled all hunts had he known it was going to be windy. When leaving Greg stated to me that he was going to mail me the refund with a bank certified check on Monday 2/27. No refund. After 2 emails and at least 3 phone calls he responds in an email with "sorry will send one asap". 2 weeks later and many more emails and phone call, most of which go un-answered we get the same response of first thing tomorrow I will send the check out. I threaten to take him to court and still no refund.
He never answers phone calls, never returns them, will answer every once in a while to emails and always has the same response of asap.
