Ripoff, mutiple calls and 45 minutes waiting time to cancel membership

Unacceptable... Bally Total Fitness requires you to call the 562-484-2980 number (not even an 800 number) to cancel a membership. The 45-minute waiting time is unacceptable and multiple attempts are necessary in order to reach an operator.

I was finally able to reach an operator and cancel my membership after the third attempt!!!
